My family and I had an amazing stay at this peaceful and beautiful resort. the spacious and modern rooms offered additional washing facilities and comfy beds with unique pillows. the buffet dinner spread was amazing and included the yummiest Yubari melons. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, dressing area, and yukatas provided in our room.
I wish the signs to the Onsen were clearer like the previous reviewer mentioned.

The buffet dinner was good with a variety of dishes and unlimited melon servings. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The view of the ski area from the room was beautiful and the location was great for skiing enthusiasts.
The hotel lacked an a la carte restaurant and bar for a more varied dining experience. The spa facilities were limited to a small onsen without any additional treatments or massage services.

The hotel had comfortable beds and it was very clean. the onsen had a relaxing ambiance and it was a nice escape after a long day of activities. the hotel offered a nice selection of dishes during the buffet dinner, and the hotel's location provided a scenic view of the mountains.
The hotel's facilities were not very well-labeled, and it was hard to find our way around. the hotel lacked a night bartender or a night bar to enjoy their evenings and socialize with other guests.
